Question

Morality is a very important part of our practice and most of us have an idea of what is considered right and wrong, but is there a specific definition in Buddhism? After all, our perception of what is right and wrong can differ with situations. For example, in the Second World War, people were hiding Jews to save them from being murdered. But when soldiers came them and ask if they are hiding someone, what does the Buddhist have to answer? Following Truthfulness, lying to save lives? Or what is the Buddhist definition of right and wrong?
