Question
Difficult people in Compassion/Lovingkindness meditations. There are some people, example people who used to bully and tease me in school when we were kids, that I find it hard to include in Compassion/Lovingkindness meditations. It's not that I wish they will suffering, but I don't feel like wishing them all the best, as they have caused me so much suffering, how to work with this?
