Please can you give some example(s) of how to make a short form of Compassion and Lovingkindness meditation?

Answer

"May they be free from Dukkha, may they find peace of mind." That's real short. If you want to do a longer short, "May they be free from physical Dukkha, may they be free from mental Dukkha, may they lead themselves to the ending of all Dukkha." If you like either of those that is fine, or make your own up.
