Question

Is death reflection a good antidote for all underlying mental disease?

Answer

Yes. As much as I just said a moment ago, that if you did nothing but work on Moral Shame and Moral Dread I believe you can get enlightened that way, it's actually taught that it's through death reflection that you can get enlightened also, if that's all you use. But do keep in mind, it's got to be balanced. It's really got to be balanced. If you're not ready for it, and you do too much death reflection, it's just going to pull you down into a bit of grief, suffering, that sort of thing. So, be aware that death reflection has to be balanced.
