I believe that comes from yoga, energy up the spine and whatever, seven points and whatever. Buddhism itself doesn't worry about those things, doesn't get involved in them at all. It's a different sort of teaching which, as far as Buddhism is concerned, plays with psychic energy and it's not guaranteed to give you wisdom at all.
