That would be nice. Certainly if we understand that the only true way to end all Dukkha is to practice, then I would like to wish that for all beings, enlightenment. But it would be nice if they could end some of their smaller Dukkha on the way as well. So, what does it mean to you? I know what it means to me, but you can make the meaning as appropriate to how you would like to wish it.
