Do you recommend walking meditation in everyday life?

Yes, of course. It's very helpful in settling the mind down. After a long, hard day, sometimes the mind gets very agitated and starts to think about what we have done and what we have to do and this and that. It's often very difficult to sit down with all that. Doing walking meditation at night time is very helpful for slowing the mind down and getting it centered in the body, helping to lessen some of that restless mind. Sometimes that's the only thing you can do.

Walking meditation is very powerful. It's also very helpful for people who have insomnia. Some people just lie there thinking and worrying. It is very helpful to get up, do walking meditation to settle the mind down.
