I don't know. I mean, transcendental wisdom, I don't use the term. So I can't really tell you how experiential understanding of reality and transcendental wisdom relate. But if you are talking about a kind of ultimate wisdom, the big one, then experiential understanding of reality is going to lead you to that big one. When you fully understand reality then you've got full wisdom of the big one, and if that's what you call transcendental wisdom, understanding reality is the way to go there.
