Question

There is no body, no mind and everything is constantly changing. Who am I? And who is conditioned, and who is the conditioner?

Answer

It's very important not to get caught up in theories about Buddhism. In theoretical Buddhism there's nothing here. Nothing. But it doesn't look like nothing, does it? It's important to watch out for the theory, all the "not self", "non-self", the word Anatta, voidness, etc. If you get too caught up in theories, I can't answer any of these questions for you. But I say to you, do you have anger, do you have fear, do you have compassion, do you have patience, how do you let go of the negative qualities, how do you increase the positive ones? That's where our practice is going to be.
