Referring to the intention being Kamma, what if parents beat their children, scaring them to death with a good intention to raise them to be good people?

Buddhism would possibly say it's a mixed Kamma here, it's not totally good, it's not totally bad. Their intention is to help the kid but their methods are based in ignorance, so it will be a mixed Kamma, some good and some not good.
