Question

My legs keep falling asleep when I sit cross legged. Should I bend the torso back more?

Answer

It is true for some people that if they lean backwards their legs come awake. Others lean forward, their legs come awake. Some people sit up taller or slouch slightly or use a higher or lower pillow. There are many ways that might help stop the legs falling asleep. It's only a very small number of people who have this as a long term problem. If you have a chronic problem with this then talk to us about it in an interview.
