If we respect the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha when we're a Buddhist, can we also believe in God at the same time?

Yes, you can. It does not interfere if you want to remain a Christian or a Jew or whatever, you can. Practicing Buddhism is a matter of practice, not a belief.
