Walking meditation. It is very common for most people in the West that they never do walking meditation. Morning and evening, they just sit next to their bed, wherever, and they don't do formal walking meditation. And if you don't do it, you are missing out on a big part of the formal practice. When you're super tired and you just want to go to bed, and you know "now I have to do some practice," just walk. Do your 15 minutes, or 20 minutes, whatever time you have left. It is very hard to fall asleep when you're walking.
