The main thing with some of these reflections is to get them in so that they stay in and they can come up more often. So, in that sense there is no black and white answer on how often you must do death reflection, especially concerning your loved ones, in your daily life. But you have to do it enough so that it is coming up, especially when you are having an argument, as you have heard me say before. If you reflect your loved one could die at any time, then that would help you stop that argument, that would help you stop getting angry at all. So, if you find that you are still getting angry at your loved one, that in itself means you need to do more death reflection concerning your loved one.
