This is interesting. I never thought of this question in the way that my mind just picked up on it. Buddhism doesn't teach that there is a god that we can pray to and that will help us, It doesn't teach that. But if you consider higher power in the sense of an inner power, a strength that you have got in there but you haven't tapped into yet, then you could say that I believe it is in there. You just have to tap in more and more and more. And this to a degree, when I talked the other day about the seesaw, with wisdom on one side and ignorance on the other, you know it is like we have wisdom in here, otherwise you would not be here, and you have ignorance in there, this is also why you are here. But this wisdom, we are going to try to make it stronger and stronger and stronger, and this is our power, we can build it and build it.
