The Buddha had psychic abilities. When woman came to him who was missing her eye, she had just popped her eye out, he healed her eye. Another woman had cut part of her leg off, part of her skin; he healed it with psychic abilities. So it was an advanced system to what other people had. The Buddha himself got sick at the end and died supposedly from the sickness. Yet he evidentially could have cured himself, but he felt the time was right to die, so he allowed that disease to continue manifesting, and he died that way. He had a whole different world to us.
