No, there is the inherent Dukkha of existence. We're not causing the inherent Dukkha of Samsara, that would too much. But as far as our being bound in the cycle of Samsara, that is caused by ourselves. It is caused by our craving to become, and to be within this body and mind, that is to have a body and mind in order to receive pleasure from the senses.
