I think we have pros and cons for both sexes. As far as the female physical body is concerned, it's not the best in general compared to a man for strength and monthly cycles and all that. But something that is very interesting to do is to walk into a church on Sunday, pick any church you want, pick a few of them, and see the ratio of the sexes. You will in general find at least two thirds are women. You walk into a Thai monastery when they are having their weekly celebrations similar to going to church on Sunday, and in general it's more than two thirds, or three quarters are women listening to the Dhamma talk instead of the men who might be hanging out in the car smoking cigarettes or something. And when it actually comes to spiritual growth, it seems that in general women seem to have a better chance there. So it's an odd sort of question if you look at it from different angles, you are going to see different answers.
