Can you please give a short form of a D/D for the daily life.

Answer

For example; "I am feeling really lonely", so I start to think of some refugees who have lost all their family, don't have a home, don't have anybody who knows them. That's really simple, that's going completely to an extreme, but it is very helpful to let go of this tendency to self-pity, by reflecting on stray-dogs, refugees, orphans, etc. At the same time it may be helpful to reflect on How Fortunate You Are.
