The order in which each one is listed - yes - it's important. Keep it the same as the order in the scriptures. Keeping it the same means everybody recognizes it equally.
Maybe the question though is actually: Is the order of the Paramis important? There is nowhere that I've read that it was put together in an order that is important. There is the thought that Generosity was listed first because it is the easiest of the ten to do.
