Question

Walking Meditation. I have a hard time concentrating during the walking meditation, I am restless and have lots of thoughts. I have been told to be more aware of the sensations in the feet and legs and to walk more slowly, but my mind keeps wandering. Any ideas on what I can do? I get so restless during the walking meditations.
