When I try to just to sit down, and sometimes it's about forty minutes, focusing on my breathing, after a while, I can feel my head drops downward. Some stuff is very heavy inside, so I was wondering how can I get past that stage.

You talk about mindfulness when we wake up in the morning. For example, you can get out of bed quite mindful of the movement. I don't understand what it is you mean by mindfulness. Is it just telling myself, "Okay, I'm moving my body now. I'm moving my leg now. I'm getting out of bed now." Is it something like the thoughts that go through our mind?

It seems that the mindfulness is focused on very slow movements, on slow actions. If I'm jogging or running, can I do that and be mindful?

I'd just like to add on to the question that was asked about a daughter who's angry and misbehaves. What happens if the child continues to throw tantrums? Because when the child is alright, it's fine, but when his emotion gets over top him, he gets very unreasonable and very stubborn and refuses to listen to any explanation at all and as much as the parents like to understand the anger and try to put down the anger, he starts to pour oil onto the fire again and he starts to boil up again the parents. So how do you react to such a situation where the child has this continuous sort of anger or sort of emotional stuff?

My question is how do you handle someone who always needs to take out their anger on some others. In a house, maybe one person says something wrong and the whole house knows. Maybe it's a female problem, I don't really know, but with this one person, anything goes wrong and the whole house is in a tension. I recognize that she always needs to take it out on something. My question is how do you handle such a person?
