    You said that there are formal practices that make you peaceful and your life peaceful. Practices that are not so peaceful, but that make your life peaceful. Those that are peaceful, but not your life. Those that are neither your practice or your life are peaceful. I can attribute some of the techniques we learn to those categories, could you discuss each briefly, specifically the later two, thanks.
