    If we are able to discover let go of negative conditionings and wrong thoughts, do we need to replace or substitute them? Hopefully with the unselfish emotions and beneficial conditioning. Do we need to feel to feel the whole or does this happen by itself while reflecting on good qualities, positive aspects, right thinking?

    Is it more our opinion about what we are doing that brings contentment, whether we think it is good or bad, or if it is in reality beneficial for ourselves and others. E.g. I heard that Pol Pot died peacefully and maybe he thought he had done something good.
