    Equanimity and aversion: What about “letting go” for example of a decision or action, and let someone else decide. Isn’t there also some aversion against “putting the effort to help”? (Less work or less stress for oneself in the end)

    My mind is very creative and coming up with mental formations and hindrances, but it requires a lot of effort when reflecting wisely. Is it just a matter of practice, do wise thoughts ever flow so easily and diversely as unwise thoughts?
