There's a term for the gap that exists between our deepest beliefs and our daily behavior, it's called self-hatred. Could you please talk about self-hatred and how to bend the energy towards self-respect?

During the years of practice, I noticed a remarkable change in my self-image, self-perception. Parallel to this sometimes very unpleasant but also rewarding work, appeared a strong desire to build up a new kind of self-respect that is more in line with the nature of experiences and universal principles. Could you give some advice for that work, and also talk about Truthfulness?
