Aversions and resistance come up very quickly if someone invades my personal space. How best to deal with this?

Sometimes big paper tigers can't throw me off balance (for example falling into aversions) as easily as small paper tigers (for example if I meet a clearly mentally unwell person my compassion is strong and I don't take things personally). But if I meet the taxi driver who is being greedy today...

In daily life I often encounter selfish behavior such as cutting in line. In such instances is it reasonable or advisable to mention this to the person. If so how do you recommend us to do so?
