Clicking the links above should automatically begin downloading on most browsers. If this does not work, try right-click, "Save link as..."
After downloading, you must unzip the file. Stuffit Expander is a free program for Mac; 7-zip is a free program for Windows.
After unzipping, if you have any difficulty starting the videos, try VLC media player which has both Mac and Windows versions.
If you have any other difficulties, let us know - but please try everything above first.
